And if the above post wasn't bad enough, look what felonies California has defined as "non violent" just this year:
Battery? Domestic Abuse? Forcible rape? Assault on Police? What the fuck California?

Christie is not a conservative. And most of the law changes are not reported on the news. It's all about keeping blacks out of jail, regardless of the crime. Holder declared that too many blacks were in prison. He didn't care that they were there because they committed too many crimes. Also, another program started by Holder is the one where the Justice Dept. works with the Census Bureau, going zip code by zip code to find communities that don't have enough "minorities". Once located, they are sent thousands of "minorities", probably Somalians. Ask anyone in Minnesota. Always put mixed race on your census form.

The list of felonies is actually from California and not New Jersey. I enforced those laws before I fled California for redder pastures in a red state.
Those are California penal code sections unless NY uses the same code.
Sorry but that list of crimes is from California's penal code, a result of our passage of Proposition 57.

The Penal codes are California's Proposition 57 "non-violent" prison release to thin the population. The inmates with those convictions are eligible for early release
