Obama's DOJ Out of Control

  • On Monday afternoon, the US Department of Justice appealed to civil rights groups and the general public across the country for “tips” on George Zimmerman in their pursuit of potential federal civil rights charges against the just-acquitted defendant in the Trayvon Martin killing. The DOJ actually went so far as to set up an e-mail address to allow such tips: Sanford.florida@usdoj.gov. The email address is slated to go operational by the end of the week.

Barbara Arnwine, president and executive director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law told the Orlando Sentinel that the DOJ had held a Monday conference call “calling on us to actively refer anyone who had any information” that would help build a case against Zimmerman. "They said they would very aggressively investigate this case,” Arnwine stated.

According to Arnwine, the call began at 3:30 p.m. with Tom Perez, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division of the United States DOJ, and representatives of the FBI on the line. Several prosecutors joined the call, too.

Arnwine listed off other organizations represented on the call, including the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, the ACLU, and several “human relations” groups.
Remember, the Department of Justice has the entire FBI investigation record at its disposal and they haven't found a thing they could use. Now they're appealing for "tips?" The entire weight of the USDOJ being brought to bear because of a fucked up political prosecution that couldn't prove beyond a Reasonable Doubt that a crime had even been committed.

And here's an amusing tidbit - people bitching that there were no black jurors? The prosecution peremptorily bumped a male black juror from the pool - because he watched Fox News! This was revealed on CNN last night.

The tax increases are not for the corporate execs or politicians to pay nor do the laws apply to them.

Banking frauds, government regulators not doing their jobs the list is too long to type. Secrete FISA courts with the same power of the supreme court with what??? One judge making decisions. The president getting laws passed thru congress and then illegally deciding on a whim that the law doesn't apply.

It's like something out of a sci-fi movie with a shadow government making all the calls behind the scenes.

Just wondering how much linger this corruption will last.

Now this...

I've seen a few mentions of this but nobody has thought it through -- so here you go.

A 10-year legal and lobbying battle that pits a prominent Republican campaign donor against the government of Argentina has drawn the attention of the Obama administration, which may end up siding with Argentina.

Justice Department officials met Friday with lawyers from both parties in the case as the government ponders whether to take the unusual step of wading into the dispute before the Supreme Court asks it to, according to people familiar with the meeting. A dozen representatives from the Treasury and State departments also attended.

....

At the appeals court level in New York, the Justice Department took the side of Argentina on several issues. The Argentines fared poorly in the lower courts. The department is now weighing whether to file a brief at the Supreme Court focused on defending the concept of sovereign immunity, which gives nations protection from lawsuits, according to people familiar with the Friday meeting.

You don't think this is a prelude to American problems with the bond markets, do you?

Oh yes you should....

None the less it's not Zimmerman's issue on who or what the prosecution did in handling it's case. If a juror Is rejected its up to the judge as for the DOJ charging him with a civil right issue I didn't think a single individual could be charged for that. If I was George I would take a" vacation" like to Venezuela or Ecuador a couple of places that hate the great black dad to begins with but would love snowden and George

The Embarrassment Of The George Zimmerman Verdict

Not knowing exactly what happened requires a not guilty verdict, no matter how angry or outraged you
are. The jury didn't free Zimmerman because they thought he was a good guy or because they weren't sad that a young boy was killed (jurors were rumored to be crying during the state's rebuttal), they
found him not guilty because the facts and the law required them to do so.

The state had a crappy case, they knew they had a crappy case. This is why they assigned 3 career
prosecutors with a combined stat of probably over 500 trials. Their first problem was no witnesses to
the event. You would agree, wouldn't you, that witnesses help prove cases? Their second problem was a tape that no one could agree on. You know whose voice was on that tape? I don't. The state never laid out, point by point, what happened. If I'm being asked to convict someone of a crime, and I know the state has the burden of proof, the state is required to tell me what happened, not just ask questions
and tell me "you decide" over and over again.

Juries don't make decisions because they are mad, sad, angry, or feel bad for someone's parents.

George Zimmerman is not guilty because the law says he's not guilty. You don't think it's right that he killed Trayvon Martin, but that's not what the law says in Florida where we like guns more than we like people. You have a problem with that, do something to change the law other than complain on
social media. I know, you're busy, you won't. That's for others to do.

Five things I want to say in closing:

1. Your cries for an appeal are hurting my eyes. There is no appeal. Stop letting the world know how ignorant you are. If you don't know criminal law or procedure, shut up. Ask someone before you display your stupidity to the world.

2. If you didn't see the trial, stop criticizing the verdict, it just makes you look stupid.

Eric Holder wants to have a conversation on race. Ok yes let's have that conversation!.. let's start with the black males obsession with thug life and civil rights leaders not condeming thug life that's slaughtering black male teens on the street.

No other race has this level of violence. Stats prove this to be true. And don't give me the poverty song and dance liberals keep spewing. Obama came from a poor hippy mother to become president. So its possible to be black and successful.

To Wayne LaPierre's crotch:

If manslaughter occurred, shouldn't the jury have found so? The option was there, they decided not to convict. As we weren't there (and neither we you), we have to abide by the verdict. We have our own thoughts on who made the mistakes there, Martin and Zimmerman, and we've expressed them here.

Just because we support the system, imperfect as it may be at times, doesn't mean we have to sit here and take your crap. Go fuck yourself friend and hey, how do Sharpton's balls and Jesse's dick taste?

So, with video and audio of New Black Panther Party members in front of a polling place in "uniform" and carrying sticks - nothing. And if Holder had looked around for some "tips" to bolster that case he may have found other video of Shabazz talking about the "evil" whites. But - still nothing.

Now enter Zimmerman - no evidence that he has a racist bone in his body - and demonstrable evidence to the contrary. He is found not guilty - and Holder is looking for evidence via citizen heresay/ whisper campaign?

Wake the fuck up, people!

Obama spent a great deal of his childhood with his grandparents -- the bank executives -- in Hawaii. Attending an extremely expensive private school.

The race haters in this country are the far left liberals. They use emotional manipulation of ignorant people to push their agenda. The media eats this up and tries to push white guilt on anyone who will listen. Truth be told, vast majority of whites don't care about race anymore. Since the 60's whites have done more than their part to push racial equality. Many government programs; welfare, scholarships, affirmative action, ect ect. Blacks have yet to do their part. Too many school drop outs, too many still unemployed, too many unplanned pregnancies and broken families, way too much crime. Start pulling YOUR weight, black America, and then maybe you'll reap the rewards of the "civil rights movement" and gain the respect you crave. Stop listening to your "leaders" and stop blaming Zimmerman.

That was a white truck driver dragged from the cab of his truck and beat nearly to death. 1992 Los Angeles riots after one of the Rodney King verdicts. Broadcast on live TV. Regineld Denny was permanently fucked up and that was the end of his truck driving career.

BTW, juries do make their decisions based on exactly what you said they don't do. It's this jury, who based their decision on the facts and evidence presented, that makes this verdict a reason to 'celebrate' .

Blackness Trumps Fairness

Selwyn Duke, American Thinker, July 15, 2013

While George Zimmerman has been acquitted, his troubles are hardly behind him. It’s not just that no small number of thugs want his head on a platter, but that the baddest of them all is the highest law-enforcement official in the land.

The question of whether Eric Holder’s Department of Justice will file a civil-rights-violation suit against Zimmerman is especially salient now. This is because of his acquittal, of course, but also because it must be considered against the backdrop of an open investigation that the department’s Civil Rights Division currently has of him.

An investigation that was proceeding even before Zimmerman’s trial was concluded.

This brings us to the important point that the DOJ has a conflict of interest in the case — a conflict of emotional interest.

It’s a shamefully intense one, too. Consider this: “Right now, hanging on the door of a federal employee’s office in the Department of Justice Voting Section is a sign expressing racial solidarity with Trayvon Martin.” This was written just last month by J. Christian Adams, the former DOJ civil-rights attorney who resigned from the department in disgust in 2010. But is the sign just a rogue employee’s handiwork? Hardly. It is, in fact, reflective of the intense anti-white/pro-black racial bias prevailing at the DOJ.

And it starts at the top. I’ve often reported on Holder’s race card; no, not the one he plays when cowardly calling Americans cowards on race. The actual one that, according to Adams, he carries around in his wallet and which bears the words of a Harlem preacher named Samuel Proctor. The actual quotation is found here, but more interesting is Holder’s interpretation of it. As Adams wrote in his book Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department:

When asked to explain the passage, Holder replied, “It really says that … I am not the tall U.S. attorney, I am not the thin United States attorney. I am the black United States attorney. And he was saying that no matter how successful you are, there’s a common cause that bonds the black United States attorney with the black criminal…” [especially when they're one and the same].

Think about that for a moment. Not only should we wonder what that common cause might be, but Holder didn’t say that it bonded him to the black downtrodden. He didn’t even say black defendant.

He said he was bonded to the black “criminal.”

Now, a criminal is just that: a person absolutely, positively guilty of violating the law. So ponder the reality here, which is so astounding that it bears recasting.

7/17/2013 04:51:00 PM
Anonymous Anonymous said...

The nation’s highest law-enforcement official has bonded with criminals.

He has common cause with them.

At least, that is, if they happen to share his skin color.

Now consider what this means for Mr. Zimmerman. We generally assume that blacks who may be biased against him would at most rationalize and deny his case a fair hearing in that court between the ears; the idea is that they’d convince themselves Trayvon Martin was innocent and Zimmerman a cold-blooded hunter. But if we’re to take Holder at his word, a different and quite striking conclusion presents itself.

He couldn’t care less if Martin was guilty as sin.

It doesn’t matter if Zimmerman acted in legitimate self-defense.

Holder doesn’t have to rationalize because he doesn’t care if Martin was a “criminal.” Martin was black. And that means Holder has a common-cause bond with him.

If that’s not a conflict of interest, I don’t know what is.

So we basically have the New Black Panthers, sans outfits, at the DOJ. Is it any surprise, then, that Holder dropped the voting-rights-violation case against the out-of-the-closet New Black Panthers who intimidated white voters at a Philadelphia polling place in 2008? And is it any surprise that, as Adams also tells us:

[Last] week, Judicial Watch released documents demonstrating that the Justice Department’s Community Relations Service was deeply entangled in New Black Panther-led rallies and protests in Sanford, Florida, against George Zimmerman. These are the same rallies during which the New Black Panthers called for a bounty on George Zimmerman, and released “dead or alive”posters. The New Black Panther leading the rallies was the same New Black Panther Eric Holder sprang free in the voter intimidation case in Philadelphia.

The common-cause bond strikes again.

So forget about Zimmerman getting a fair hearing at the DOJ; it’s not the facts of the case but the color of his face to the “black United States attorney.”

And what are we to say when America’s top law-enforcement official has served notice that he has no regard for the law? What’s his thinking? I can only conclude that he considers the law unjust by definition because it is “white man’s law.” And when at issue is the violation of unjust law, “criminal” becomes a badge of honor.

Given that much crime is black on black, however, I have to wonder what would happen if, on some dark byway one lonely night, Eric Holder ran into the wrong bond brother. Would the miscreant sense that common-cause connection and not view as a victim the man who wouldn’t view him as a criminal? Well, the chance to find out would be something Eric the Red will never give us.

Justice.

The scary thing is the notion that if you have the wrong thoughts or say the wrong things, then something you do which would not be a crime automatically becomes one. That's a cheap and clever way of creating thought crime. And when thought crime becomes established then the only liberty remaining will be an empty word in the acronym ACLU. And notice how it only applies to whites - no black who attacks a white, even mouthing racial epithets, is ever investigated or penalized for their thoughts.
