Finally all rumors about a new Superintendent can be silenced.
The next Superintendent will NOT come from the ranks (NO surprise there - where is the talent??)
The next Superintendent will NOT come from any police force within the US, he will be coming from a foreign security force.
The next Superintendent can speak eloquently and is a no-nonsense guy (yes, he is a male, not a female). He is a Man's man.
He is coming from Europe (Great Britain) and is not afraid to speak his mind. He is politically accurate and does not respect anyone who is politically correct.
If you want his respect, you better respect him. He has no use for phony reverends or Muslim rioters.
He would probably do better as the Mayor, but we will take what we can get.
Here is the new Superintendent speaking eloquently, but firmly, to Muslim rioters. He is the type you would go to war with and back him up 100%, because he already has the reputation of backing up his troops 110%. He is a soldier - not a politician.
It is rumored he served in several British special forces units (including the 11th Special Lancers Battalion and 2nd Grand Fusiliers (a unit famous from the day they held the Khyber Pass in the 1800s - sort of like our 7th Cavalry with Gen. Custer)
He served and was highly decorated in the Falklands before going into the Queen's personal security service. He also served a tour in the first Iraq war as head of a special frontline attack team.
Don't cross him because he is a martial artist expert as well as a crack shot (not at streetlights either).
He will probably flush all the exempts and replace them with those who he feels have earned the job of supervisory and leadership positions.

What with the most comments from our president ringing in my ears, somebody should rework the speech in this man's video by subsituting "black" for "Muslim" and a modify a couple of other parts and one will have captured the sentiments of most Americans who are tired of pandering to the "professional victims" class in our country.
Everytime Cliff Claven shoots out a streetlight, an angel gets, er,ah, really, some friend of shortshanks sells another $200 streetlight to the city for $500.

006 DISTRICT! The 6th district is a fucking joke on third watch. Everyone gets fucked with on the watch except the favorites.. Is what it is. However bothers me that someone can be held a position while they are on maternity leave just because of who they are messing with and given everything daily. Just reading today's suntimes, now in Cicero more commanders getting promoted, look at their histories none are without trouble behind them, drunkards like our out of whack exempt structure! Gary come on what kind of boss is he? If fop had anyone that could lead we could get a no confidence vote (I know symbolic) and a march on city hall, lets unite with fire, and good citizens have a march, close down city hall, get truckers involved stop your rigs, for a 15minute moment in support of police, first responders wer could shut this city down, and get some respect, they do it with the dead thug Martin why not us?

And how come no discussion of how, after being reamed by McCarthy in front of TV cameras at the compost meeting 2 weeks ago, Cmdr Gibson told McCarthy to go fuck himself and he quit.
I would like to say that Legitimacy training is very good. To bad non of the clouted ego maniac jerks in upper management won't be capable of following this.

Times will be changing when all are issued Bren guns and the CPD Bagpipers start playing the march from the Devil's Brigade.
This new guy will make real men out of you and the CPD will adopt a full military bearing of a frontline crack regiment instead of the mismanaged, mismatched uniformed, clusterF%@K you have now.
Spit-and-polish? You non-military clout babies will learn some new words and new things to do to look first-rate and act as if you were led by John Wayne in the F'ing Green Berets.
But - it will be on a British-bent SAS that has a more gentlemanly air to it. They practice headshots in all their training.
Compared to McCarthy?
Think more of Michael Caine in Zulu or Errol Flynn leading the Charge of the Light Brigade. This guy is going to turn the department upside down and inside out with charm, experience and an overall dashing approach to fight well-entrenched crime.
Who would you charge to guns with? New British guy? McCarty? Weis??
He will rename Englewood the Falklands and will call airstrikes on it.
I feel sorry for the exempts who are in triple-merit promotion careers.
