I absolutely agree with prominently displaying "GUN-FREE" placards in each and every home. While I once was a residential burglar and home invader, I've turned my life around.
I encourage all unarmed and law-abiding citizens who agree that guns are dangerous to prominently post signs in the windows of both their residence and place of business, particularly convenience stores, taverns, liquor stores, taxicabs, gas stations, jewelry stores and "ma and pa" grocery stores.

Chicago will always be a gun free zone for honest citizens...if they opt to carry anyway, they can count on "enjoy the bus ride to county" and "you sir,are a criminal". Only "elite" can carry in shitcago...police and alderman, and a few security and armored car people actually going to or from work. No wonder the savages always win. The only "break" the citizen may recieve is a reduction of charges from the ASA for having a foid card. No wonder people are leaving chicago .
The scary thing is that there are liberals out there who think things like making a place a gun free zone work. Its kinda like Oak Park making the village a nuclear weapon free zone. When the bombs fall Oak Park will be spared because of their foresight.

It's a Daley relative who owns the "rights" to the gun free zone logo. They assigned it to a "third person" minority who now has a lucrative contract with the city (but only gets a small portion, the rest goes to the Daley relative), but (shhhh) no one is supposed to know. And when Daley gets called upon it by the media he will say "I duno", and play dumb. The "third party" of course is the one that goes down. Isn't this the way city politics always happens? Isn't that the was RAFOD's (relatives and friends of Daley) do things? Haven't the citizens of this city caught on yet? I can't believe we are all that dumb and don't know this. Why can't the feds see this simple form of Daley politics. It is so simple a 5th grader could figure it out (ok maybe one from a Catholic school, not a public school). It's so simple it could be put on a one-page form and submitted into the pocket of the Daley cronie office (used to be Sorich). And some one else in city hall took over the Sorich spot.
But now that Daley got Jfed in his pocket, who's gonna invetigate? We are still waiting for the feds to figure out this simple thievery that has costs the citizens of Chicago billions of dollars over the since Daley has been in office.
Remeber: RAFOD - put another person in between the fraud -maybe two or three to really complicate it a little more (just like the drug dealers do) and you got a rich RAFOD and Mayor says "I dunno".
RAFOD is also the system used with any politician....so the last initial can be replaced with an alderthief, congressman, etc.

Where can one find 9mm anymore? I've been to 4 different counties, including a walmart and farm and fleet out in Rockford, and EVERYONE is sold out! WTF?

Wrong,I carry all the time.I spend money on training and quality concealement leather.
I know to immediately flee the scene.
I carry sunglasses and a ball cap at all times.Winter is even better cause I wear a balaclava.
If detained or become a person of interest,say nothing,you are a POW.
Shamefull are the actions who would arrest and prosecute me for exercising a right I already have.

Well we live in Cook County were convicted felons still run wild with guns, commit more crimes, and GET OFF without shit. We should have the same laws as other states. 10, 20, and life w/o parole for gun violations and harder sentences for use of that firearm is intended or even un-intended to harm or mame an individual. Bring back sparky too!
